Our cured meats are naturally cured, lightly smoked without sulphites and other additives.

The core of Christina’s interest is optimizing and maintaining our health (physically and mentally) and a vibrant life through good food and good nutrition, meaning diet quality. Her expertise had led her to serve as a member of the Scientific Board of Approvals Notifications (Food supplements, Foodstuffs for Particular Nutritional Uses, PARNUTs) of the Greek National Organization for Medicines (EOF), from 2011 until 2014.
